Welcome back to the profitable nutritionist podcast my brand. I am so jazzed to bring you this episode this week because I am chatting with a student of mine. Her name is Bianca, you’re going to hear from her very shortly, we are talking two things. First of all, we are talking about her business. She has actually been a student of mine a long time in a previous program, and now in the profitable nutritionist program. So we’re gonna talk about her business how that has changed. And I’m not going to do any spoilers. So she’s going to tell you all about her business. But we’re also going to talk about something so fun, which is her experience. Actually, we’re comparing experiences. At a recent week long Dr. Joe Dispenza, advanced meditation retreat, I attended one in December 2022. She attended one in March of 2023. And we are getting together on this episode to compare notes to talk about it to talk about what she created in that retreat for her business specifically. And I think that it’s just so fun to talk to someone else who’s had this experience. And I know that there was a lot of interest after I released an entire episode about my experience at the week long advanced meditation retreat, that’s episode number 72, you can go take a look at it, or take a listen after this one if you like or before doesn’t matter to me. At any rate, you are going to hear all about the different experiences that we had and how it has impacted both of our businesses. I think that we both bring a lot of insights from that. I will call it a meditation practice. But we also talk about that about how it’s not really meditation. Anyway, we bring a lot of that into our business. And we talked about that as well. So I think you will love this episode, if you are even remotely interested or dabbling in the world of using your brain to get results in your business allow Joe Dispenza. And anything he teaches, I think you will love hearing her experience. And if you’re just tuning in to hear about the experience of anyone in their holistic nutrition practice, especially someone who has changed their practice and their offer quite a bit, you’re going to love what Bianca has to say. So you can catch up with her at breathe with bianca.com. She also gives that at the end of the episode and it is linked up in the show notes. But here’s what I’m going to tell you. At the end, we decided that there should be a time and a place where we go to a Dr. Joe Dispenza retreat together. And we think that anyone else who listens to this podcast that is also interested in doing that should come with us. So here’s what has to happen. If you’re at all interested in that you have to send me an email and tell me that you want to know what retreat we have on our radar and what one we’re going to go to. And to do that you have to be on my email list. So go to build a profitable practice.com forward slash free, get the free course which means you’re going to be getting my email course. And you’re going to be getting my emails, and then hit reply and tell me you want to be on that list. And then I will know to tell you when we decide where we are going when we are going and when you need to register because something you need to know about Dr. Joe’s events is they sell out within 10 minutes of registration being open. So you have to plan in advance. And I just thought in this intro, I should let you know that we would love to go do that together, I think it would be so fun to meet more of you in person. And especially if you’re interested at all, in this world of self hypnosis, which is, I think, a better description of what the Dr. Joe meditations are other than the word meditation, I would love to be able to share that with you too. So make sure you’re getting my emails build a profitable practice.com/free. And let’s take it away. Bianca, young, I’m so excited that you are here on podcast today, because I knew that we had to talk about your experience at your Dr. Joe advanced retreat a few months ago. And I knew this when you told me that you were going, I was so excited for you because that was on the heels of me coming back from my week long advanced retreat, which I have talked about and had a lot of people ask questions regarding so I was excited to have someone else to talk to you about this as well. And to kind of pick your brain about it and share experiences. And I know that the podcast listeners are going to be really quite interested at why you went like what happened while you were there. What has happened since you were there? What made you go what made like what were you afraid of all of those things? Specifically in regards to your business? Like I have no idea where this conversation is gonna go? I’m sure we’ll talk about all sorts of different things. But would you be so kind as to start with like, how have you gotten to the point where you have your own business? I guess I was I was almost going to just spoiler like saying that was gonna just like foreshadow too much. Okay, here’s what I’m going to ask, who are you? What do you do? And can you tell us a little bit about your business journey so far?

Bianca Fontana 4:47
Thank you. Yes, my name is Bianca, thank you so much for having me here. I am a breathwork facilitator and mindset coach. Gosh, the journey started with so I met you You in 2020. That was feels like a lifetime ago because so much has changed since then. I back it back in 2020, I was pursuing business as a nutrition coach. And that didn’t go the way I wanted it to go. I discovered, well, actually, it was because of your program that I’m now breathwork facilitator, I’d say because I was doing your work. And it was all about mindset. And it became really apparent to me that that was what I personally wanted to work on. And then once I discovered that for myself, I discovered how many other people around me were in need of the same help, and the same sort of clarity. So that’s where I started to progress after the nutrition stuff happened. And from there, it was just, I went from nutrition to working on like self love and that sort of thing and trying to build a more holistic program. But when you’re so 2020, that was quite the year, wasn’t it? A little bit of a backstory there. I was living in China five years prior to 2020. So when I came to, I came back to Australia because of the recommendations to do so. However, I was on a holiday in Hawaii at the time. So I came back with a suitcase from my trip to Hawaii. And all of a sudden, I’m landing back in Australia, with the unknown of what’s next. So for all of 2020, I really had no plans, I had a lot of time. And so I started to Well, I decided to pursue this nutrition business because I had studied in 2017, finished in 2018. And I was working on the side while I was in China. I had been coaching keto and carnivore mainly because that was what I was experiencing and living myself. And I found the interest was starting to sort of arise, people were starting to learn about that. So I was coaching nutrition, came back to Australia, and had a lot of time on my hands. I don’t know about you, but a lot of people I think went down some big conspiracy holes, big rabbit holes in 2020 that was going on. I can’t wait to put that I had all the time in the world. So I was exploring all of that. And, but I was also aware that other people weren’t. And I was in a very, I think one of the most strict lockdowns in the world. I was living in Melbourne, or just outside of Melbourne in Australia. And that lasted for about 18 months. So I had a lot of time I was living back at my parents place like, didn’t expect that to happen. And they were concerned about my mental well being to be honest, because a lot was going on. And so I decided I’m gonna have to take up a breathwork and meditation practice because I needed to stay grounded, I needed to find my center. And so that’s what happened. I started practicing daily. But that wasn’t Dr. Joe’s stuff that was just my own stuff. So then I found you. Then I started doing specific mindset work. And tried, I really tried to build that nutrition business, but I just felt that it wasn’t what I wanted to be doing. It wasn’t my passion. It was really what I loved for myself. And I felt like whenever I was coaching, nutrition clients that they would, I would be like working on their mindset with them. So that’s what I love about I think what all coaches do, no matter what they do, they’re coaching on mindset. And it’s just, you know, sort of it looks like it’s about something in particular, but actually it’s a mindset. Yeah. And so from there, yeah, I you know, how the universe just presents you with things? Well, breathwork just kept coming in, kept coming in, kept coming in. And then all of a sudden, I reached out to a friend and I was like, hey, you know something about breathwork, don’t you? And he’s like, actually I’m a breathwork teacher trainer, and I’m starting a course next week would you like to join? And I was like, yes, yes, I would like to join. So I put everything on hold this was back in this is now in January of 2021. And I embarked on this intensive six week course it was like online, nine to nine like every day it was like online hardcore. Such a great Experience, though, and I had so much happened to me in the breathwork experience that I couldn’t not share it. It was everything from trauma release to the mystical experience. And so, and once you have a mystical experience, Andrea, I think you just crave more. So

Andrea Nordling 10:24
had a mystical experience. I cannot wait to dive into this. Keep going and

Bianca Fontana 10:29
see. Yeah. And so yeah, after that, I just knew I had to share breathwork with people. So that’s what I started to do. So in 2021, I started my breathwork business, breathe with Bianca. And, yeah, I’ve been working, it’s been an interesting progression, because at that point, so your, your coaching program was a yearly thing at that point. And so I’d done it for a year. And then I must say, the discoveries of the mindset work I did myself had led me to realize that there was a lot of work to do, and I wasn’t quite there yet. And I didn’t feel that worthiness of having a business like it really was a struggle. And also the direction hadn’t quite been there, given that I was doing nutrition. So you know, when I found the direction, I still had to work on the worthiness piece. And so that’s what I did. And I started practicing. I started holding breath work sessions every week, just free sessions. And eventually it got to that point where I was like, okay, maybe I start charging now. And so I started charging, then I was having group sessions. And then yeah, as time progressed, I went into some one on ones, but it was just breath work. And then I opened a little membership last year. And, yeah, that was a great experience. So yeah, I mean, they were all great experiences. And they all sort of lead you to where you where I am today. Yeah, the membership I close down. So I joined your program in December of 2022. That would have been Yeah. And yeah, then I closed the membership to focus solely on one on ones. And I did that, because what I discovered with the membership was that people were coming to the sessions every week, or every fortnight, it was kind of like a gym membership, right, I just had a bunch of classes open, and people would just come. And when they would come, they would always, they would often be the same in terms of they would express the same concerns. They didn’t feel like they were making the progress that I wanted them to make, they would come they would have that release, they would say, Oh, I really, really need this breath work, I’ve got so much tension and stress, then they’d go back into their lives and just keep living that same old person, they wouldn’t change the way they were thinking the way they were feeling what they were doing. And I wanted to have an impact on that part as well. So I was like, when I joined your program, and you suggested the one on ones, I was so scared to start that so so scared. But I was like, I know it’s the right thing to do. Because I want to have that impact on that single person and say, Okay, let’s work on what you do when you go back home. So we’ve just had this beautiful breathwork session, you’ve had all of this stuff come up all this stuff release. I had a girl have a mystical experience last week. That was amazing. And yeah, the go back into your life and keep being that person you are right now the way you’re feeling right now take that back into your life. So that’s really what I the impact I wanted to have. So it was a really good choice. But a scary one. It was kind of like starting my business from a fresh like from start from scratch. Yeah. And Dr. Joe, he came in, he came into my life. Actually way back in 2020. I watched the Gaia series, he’s rewired series on Gaia. And I actually found his notes that I’ve taken in a in a scrapbook like, just after the retreat. And I couldn’t believe that I’d written such detailed notes. And I’d obviously been been thinking about it a lot, but I wasn’t quite ready to take the action. So when I came across his book in 2022, so that was probably on July of last year. I read becoming supernatural and such a good book. I love it too, because it’s quite sciency. So that really appealed to me all this stuff that he’s talking about. And I was so ready. So I was just like as soon as I read, you know, the first meditation that we’re doing, I was like I Okay, download that one. He talked about the mind movie in there. I downloaded the mind, which they don’t use anymore. I don’t know. Yeah, you didn’t. But I downloaded it anyway, because I’m like, I’m not waiting till the retreat. I’m getting it now. So I got that set that up. And I just started, like I already had that daily meditation breath practice. So for me, but it wasn’t, as long as his meditations, it wasn’t that hour long, or whatever. So it was still an adjustment. It’s so different.

Andrea Nordling 15:29
So I just was looking up what episode it was where I did the full debrief on my Dr. Joe week long advanced meditation retreat, which is episode 72. If anyone hasn’t listened to that, you can listen to 72 I detail like, exactly what my big takeaways were and what that experience was like for me, but part of what I said in there, and when I would just be curious how you feel about this is I don’t know that I feel like what we think of meditation as being the same thing that like the same experience as when you go through. Doctor Joe’s meditation is more like self hypnosis in my like, my definition. I don’t know, what do you think about that?

Bianca Fontana 16:06
Yeah, I agree. That’s actually what I was gonna say. It’s more like hypnosis. It’s, it’s, it’s so different. And I almost when I tell someone about it, I almost want to say, just be aware, it’s not quite what you’re used to, like, you might get a little freaked out by it. And I remember when I first started, like, looking into his meditations, I first like most people went to YouTube, and searched his name. And I listened to one and someone had, you know, recorded the meditation, but they had extended it, like they had messed with the audio. And I remember listening to it and saying, I can’t listen to this. This is horrible. Like, he’s voice and, you know, and just the regular meditations are an adjustment, but that one was an extreme experience. I remember commenting in the comments and saying, Guys, this is not legit. Like, don’t listen to this one. This is really weird. Like, they’re all very different. But this is really weird. So yeah, when you go and you get his meditation, it is very unusual. I would say like, it’s an adjustment. Some people have commented, like, I think like, some people get triggered by the meditations, like they think that he’s yelling at them or something. But um, or his. You don’t see it, there it is, that’s.

Andrea Nordling 17:32
Yeah. But they are different. They are very different. If this is not the calm app, by any means, when you’re embarking on doing some of these meditations, I love that you read the book, too. I think that that is so he has several books. Becoming supernatural, I think is a really good one. And it is very sciency. And so it helps in and he talks very candidly about it in the book. And in all of his videos, he wants you to build a model around what you’re actually doing to understand what’s happening in your brain when you’re doing these very deep. I don’t know self hypnosis, meditations, whatever you want to call meditations. But it’s probably different than any other meditation you’ve ever experienced. In like, understanding what’s happening in your brain, and in the rest of your body as a result of it is very different as well. So I super appreciate the science aspect of it. I think it’s just, it’s crazy. Absolutely crazy. So at my retreat, we talked a lot. I’m guessing you guys that you are comparing notes. You guys in real time, Bianca and I are comparing notes on our retreat experiences, which were mine was in December, yours was in March. So you know, like three and a half months, probably in between? Did you have a lot of like science presented to you? We did like we had a lot of microbiome stuff that was really wild. But they were showing new research that they’ve been doing a lot of testing on people on day one of the retreat, and then the last day after the seven days and like how their body has changed in really measurable ways. That blew my mind.

Bianca Fontana 18:55
You Yeah, we had exactly that. The scientists came, although one one scientist came and he presented all of the information. And we also had the microbiome study, which I took part in. So

Andrea Nordling 19:08
yeah. Is that how did you get picked? I was wondering, like, Who are these unicorns that get to do these studies? What happened?

Bianca Fontana 19:14
No, they just send you an email saying would you like to be a part of it? And they did. So yeah, I don’t know if that’s unique for Australia because it was particularly labeled, like the down on the study or something. So So yeah, I think they’re

Andrea Nordling 19:28
particularly repressed immune systems after 18 months of lockdown. So they wanted to get this

Bianca Fontana 19:37
Yeah, probably probably. Yeah. But they’ve definitely I think they’ve definitely kept us separate from the from the other groups, but it was so good to be a part of that study because it I had to do a video journal every day and submit it. So it gave me that time to actually sit down and journal even though I was Are you tired after every day, I was so high and feeling amazing after everyday, but I was really quite exhausted. Like it’s a it’s a big experience, especially for a newbie, I think. But I got to write a journal and just make some notes on the questions that they’d asked and then record myself doing it. And I was saying what I noted, and it was such a beautiful opportunity to reflect on my day. So I’m really grateful that I took part in it, if just for that, you know, but yeah,

Andrea Nordling 20:31
long, cool. I didn’t know that that was part of the process. I’m learning so much this. Okay, so like I said, Episode 72. I went into detail on what this was like for me, but just to catch everybody up. So these advanced live retreats are seven days long, I think it’s like six and a half days really. And you meditate so much in a room with 2000 people is bananas. And it’s like, I mean, sometimes you start at four in the morning, and you end at eight or nine at night. And it’s just kind of a choose your own adventure. I think that there’s not really a set agenda. It’s just it kind of goes the way that it goes. But you do a lot of meditating all day, I think that we did like 35 or more hours over the six and a half days, you probably did the same as a lot. So you are exhausted at the end of the day, but you feel fantastic. At the same time. Like Bianca said, it’s kind of a it’s a mix. It’s a mixed bag. But I had a lot of frustration in the my first few days of feeling like I’m not doing this, right. I’m not maximizing my time. This is a real pattern of thoughts. For me personally, this is my personal flavor of pressure. That’s like, I’m not maximizing this opportunity. This is a finite resource, I should be doing better. I should be getting deeper in these. And I had all I was like really working myself into a tizzy about it. When I let that go, and I just decided to take a nap during it. I just remember being like, No, we’re not even going to meditate. This time. We’re just going to take a nap while we’re sitting in this chair for the next. Then I have the best meditation I’ve ever had in my life. Shocking. I know. So I’m curious what your experience was like? What? What were you expecting? What was it actually like for you? I’m just curious.

Bianca Fontana 22:09
Did you did you get the expression like a thief in the night? No. Oh, you didn’t?

Andrea Nordling 22:17
I didn’t get like it didn’t personally resonate with me. Tell me what you mean?

Bianca Fontana 22:20
Oh, no joke to Dr. Joe said it repetitively he would, I just assumed he would like repeat the same things on on all of their traits. That’s so cool to know that he doesn’t. But he would use

Andrea Nordling 22:32
like, any literally?

Bianca Fontana 22:35
Well, no, he would, he would kind of like kind of lean forward in his chair and put this kind of face on and saying like a thief in the night, when he was like explaining how you gotta let go, you’ve got to surrender. Because if you don’t, then if you have these expectations about what support what it’s supposed to be like, then you’re not going to have that mystical experience, you’re not going to have any experience, you’re just gonna be frustrated. So he was just he would say it over and over again, as a reminder, and maybe he was doing that because we haven’t had Dr. Joe, in Australia since 2019. So I suspect with the mass awakening that happens in this whole situation of the past few years, that a lot of people have found Dr. Joe, particularly in Australia. And so I think they were saying, like in our group, which we only had about 1000 people there is a smaller venue. But I think there were probably about 50% of people who were complete newbies to this experience. So I think he was, I think he spoke to us in a different way. Like, I don’t know about your experience. But I know a lot of people come back to the advanced treat over and over again. So usually they’re people who have had the experience. But yeah, my experience in the meditations, was I definitely had the experience that you’re talking about, like I definitely had expectations, particularly around the breath. And I’m gonna say that that’s probably for me, because I’m an breathwork facilitator, and that’s what’s important to me. So I was like, I’ve got

Andrea Nordling 24:14
to get this breath. Like I’ve really got a very specific technique, and it’s called the breath. Everybody knows it as the breath. Yep. Yeah. I have thoughts about the breath. Okay.

Bianca Fontana 24:25
Yeah, a lot of people get really disappointed because they don’t get it. They I’m not sure if they did this in your retreat, but they had a group of people get up on the stage, and they’ve demonstrated what it looks like to do the breath. Yeah. Yeah. And that was really, really powerful to watch. And so I actually didn’t sit on a chair to meditate. I sat mostly on the floor. I do that normally every day. So it kind of just made sense to me. So but when I saw those people sitting on the chair for the breath, I was like, well, maybe that’s how I hit it. Maybe I’ve got to sit on the chair, maybe that will help me to like, extend my spine and really get that energy up to my pineal gland. And that’s what happened the first time, like the first time that I really hit my pineal gland and had this like, went into the void was when I was sitting on the chair. And I was kind of replicating what I’d seen one of the women in the group too. And but like, once I hit it once, I was like, Well, I did that once. I can do it again. Right? But then the expectation was there. So then I had the same problem. And there was just this epic disappointment that would come in. I was like, dammit, I didn’t make it. Like, what what did I do wrong? Like? Yeah, so I totally get that feeling. The pineal gland, so much high expectations for that one, because I was like, Okay, we’re up at 4am. The, the pineal glands, the most active so I’m just gonna drop straight in, and I’m just gonna say it all, like have a mystical experience. It’s gonna be epic. That didn’t happen. Didn’t have no

Andrea Nordling 26:05
didn’t happen for me. I’ve read what like the whole week, everyone’s talking about this very, very early morning. 4am meditation. Was you there early. Anyway, I’m an early bird anyway, so that didn’t scare me. But you have to be there at like, 330. So that you’re in your seat, everybody seated and like, ready to start at four o’clock, ours went almost five hours, I think like four hours, 45 minutes, something like that. It wasn’t really long one. It didn’t feel like it was that long to me. But I had the same I was like, this is going to be it. I’m gonna have I’m gonna get my mystical experience it’s gonna happen hasn’t happened to me. And I’m well aware that that’s probably because of my expectation that every time I’m like, Okay, today’s the day I totally sabotaging myself in that regard. Okay, so I loved my retreat experience. I think you loved your SEO, email from you like halfway through? Do you want to talk about what this, I read it I was like, I just was, I don’t know, jumping all around. So excited for you to tell me about

Bianca Fontana 27:07
it. You know, I, other than the recordings I had to do for the microbiome testing, I didn’t really use my phone at all, or any devices. And when that happened, you were the first person I reached out to, I don’t know why it just felt like you were the best person to share that news with one because you’ve gone yourself and two, because it was like something to do with my business. So I wanted to share it with you. So yeah, it was so, so interesting. So we’ve done to meditations over two days, I don’t know if it was the tuning into new potentials, but it was that type of thing where you’re calling in something into your life. And on the first day that we’d done it, let’s say it was Tuesday, I had focused on my health, and I had focused on my business. And you know, I had those visualizations where I’m like seeing clients on my mailing list, and they’re clicking the button, and I’m seeing which people I’m thinking about. And I’m really like visualizing it all happen, and then seeing the process of them meeting me and us working together and all of those things. But at the same time, you know, there’s a piece of you that’s kind of like, it’s not really possible, like, I don’t know, is it possible, but the energy in the room and around other people, I was like, Yes, I feel this is possible, it is possible. And so that was the first meditation, then the next day, we did a similar meditation, but he added in a third one as well. So but it was more like a mystical you calling in the mystical or something like that. So. But before I went into that meditation, I’d had a conversation with someone and it made me reflect on what I had called in in that meditation and how I had done it. And so I wanted to sort of change the way that I approached it. So I thought, Okay, I’m still wanting the same things. But this time, I’m going to focus on what it brings me in my life and the feeling that it’s going to generate. So yes, I want the clients Yes, I want the health but what I what I want those floors because I want freedom and I want abundance, but we have freedom was really like the main thing I wanted. I want to live a life where I’m not, you know, tied down to any job any nine to five I want that freedom. I want the freedom to be able to travel and do my job. I want the freedom, you know, and the abundance obviously to be able to support myself and all those sorts of things. So I really focused on the feeling. And that’s it Dr. J talks about it. Like, the thought is your signal that you’re sending out and the emotion that you’re feeling is, is that magnetic, that you’re drawing in that thing that you want through that emotion. So I just felt it’s so deeply, I felt just those feelings of being free. And I feel like this is a huge thing personally in my life that I’ve just identified recently, this need for freedom and this need, I think the way I I sort of describe it to my clients is more freedom of my mind. But yet, it’s this feeling of freedom. And so I was really drawing that in and calling that in. And, and I let go of all of the specifics. So I wasn’t, I was no longer sort of seeing the clients click the buttons or the specific clients, I was like, it doesn’t matter who it is, I’m just drawing you in. And I’m drawing this feeling of freedom and abundance into my life. And it just felt so good. So, so good. I was I just believed so deeply, and I felt it so deeply. And then I just let it go. At the end, we finished the meditation, I felt really, really beautiful. I felt, you know, just so at peace with it. And so also aware that it was coming, that it was happening, I didn’t know when I didn’t know how, but I knew it was coming. And then so I think that was the second, like the middle meditation that you do, because you usually do three a day, why in the morning, then you have a break, then you do another one, then have a break, then you do an evening session. So it was the one in the middle. So we’ve gone off to lunch, I still wasn’t turning my phone on or anything. I was kind of offline all week, and then went back for the evening session did the evening session. And then I went back to my room in the evening. And that’s when I turned my phone on. And actually opened my laptop. I was on my phone and I saw this message. And I was like, that’s a booking. Like, oh my god, someone’s booked. I have a new client. Oh my gosh, like that actually just happened. And I was so I was entered. That’s my first one on one client. Like, I just couldn’t believe it. I was like, how did I did I really just do that? I’m like, no, no, I didn’t do that. Surely I didn’t. Did I do that? Yeah, I did that. I did that because I called Betty and I wanted that. Like, that just happened. I couldn’t believe it. And it was so overwhelming that I burst into tears. I was a total mess. I was like, oh, yeah, I was just so overwhelmed. And I’m sitting there typing the email to you crying about all teary when I yeah, oh my gosh, I never thought that that would happen after I’d done that 3k in 30 days challenge. And I was like, so enthusiastic, and so feeling and so wanting it and nothing happened. And that I went to the meditation retreat in March. Dr. Joe’s in March. And yeah, I was like, Oh, I did it. I did it. I did it. Yeah. And then I shared it in our in our group. And I was like, if I can do this once I can do it again. So yeah, it’s, it’s so interesting how that’s been unfolding. And I’m just starting to it, it’s true. Once it happens, once you get that evidence, you start to believe a little bit more. And that’s the most important part is that you believe, because if you believe that, it’s that it’s real, that it’s possible, then you create it and you keep creating it. And so, you know, Dr. Joe talks about how he talks a lot about the dimensions the the, like the world that we’re in this 3d reality that we’re in, we’re governed by space and time here. So things do take time to manifest. I think once you become a master manifester, they’ll probably just come in just like that. So things are a little bit slow still to come in. But I’m feeling I can feel it you know, I can feel the change in the air the change in me and that’s what’s the most the most beautiful and uplifting in me and gives me this drive to continue to not give up to know that more is coming that more is possible that bigger and better is is there and it’s yeah, I already I already can sense that more is coming. You know. It’s just as beautiful feeling to be able to just trust that that is there. And you just keep doing your thing you keep applying While you’re applying, and yeah, it’s it’s so it’s just really changed my life to have that experience.

Andrea Nordling 35:08
incredible incredible. Yeah. Because you we let I don’t know something you said just now made me think of just like climbing a ladder like the you want to get to the top and that’s your like believing 1,000%. But like if you just go up one rung, like I can’t believe that this is possible. And then oh my gosh, this is normal now. And then you can see well, the next and the next and the next and then you just start climbing faster because like, Oh, I was the only thing in my way the whole time. What?

Bianca Fontana 35:38
Oh, isn’t that the truth? Yeah. And I did a week later, I manifested another client. So that was awesome. And just just yesterday, I had a woman reach out to me who wants me to do breath work recording for her online course. So, you know, when when Dr. Joe talks about being in the unknown, like, you can manifest clients in so many different ways, as you’re aware that you don’t know how they’re going to come to you. Like, they don’t have to come to you in that traditional way of clicking the button, you know, from your mailing list or whatever. Because I don’t do social media anymore. Thanks to you, your your my, my encouragement there and my permission to just let it go. Permission you’ve ever needed. But yeah, exactly. And yeah, that whole concept of like, yeah, it’s, it’s out there, it’s coming to you, you don’t know how it’s coming to you just have to trust that it is. And so when this woman reached out to me, and she said, Would you like to do some breathwork recordings for my online course, I was like, that could bring in a whole other group of people that I’m just like, all of those people I’m calling in are coming in through through that direction. You know, like, so.

Andrea Nordling 36:56
You I was never on your radar, you had no idea. I

Bianca Fontana 36:59
never I never. And it was only because like, Yeah, someone shared my information with them, you know?

Andrea Nordling 37:06
Yeah. Very similar experience to that where someone reached out to a professional organization for nutritionists, a student of mine and said, I don’t know if you know, like what Andrea is doing. But her program has changed my business. It’s changed my life. I had no idea that she was doing any of this. And then they reached out to me and said, Can you like create some resources for our students and our members? If you do this has happened several times now. And it’s like, that’s so cool. Like, I that wasn’t on my radar. I of course, it was on like a to do list for sometime down the road, to reach out to some of those organizations. It just wasn’t at the forefront. Like you don’t know how things are going. You have no idea how those doors open up just trusting that they’re going to open up.

Bianca Fontana 37:50
Yeah, yeah, you’re kind of like, your own version of Dr. Dre. You know, that’s how I see you like, no that at all? I

Andrea Nordling 37:59
do not. But

Bianca Fontana 38:01
I Yeah, no, because I mean, you taught me this, this mindset stuff that was so similar back in 2020. And so when I encountered Dr. Joe, I was like, wow, this is so similar to what Andrea does, like it’s all on the same with the same ideas in mind. Yeah, I think Dr. Joe maybe emphasis is puts more emphasis on the feelings and the connection between the thoughts and the feelings. But yeah, I definitely learnt all of that with you back in 2020. So yeah, thank you.

Andrea Nordling 38:31
So glad, so but so tell me about your meditation practice. Now. How has that changed? What does that look like for you now?

Bianca Fontana 38:39
Huh? Yeah, well, so when I started meditating in July of 2022, with Dr. Joe’s specific meditations, I was focused more on like, I really liked the Botox the blessing of the energy centers, so yeah, gosh, I move so much energy I don’t know if you do those ones but so I I’m like this kind of shaking mess when I do those ones. It’s a lot less

Andrea Nordling 39:07
I don’t I don’t shake. Yeah. I don’t shake I’m like, When am I going to grow up to be a real a real meditator?

Bianca Fontana 39:17
Yeah, there’s, it’s almost like if, if I was out on the street, and someone said one, then my, my root chakra would start like going up. It’s almost like that trained. And so that that’s really deepened since the since the retreat. Do you do that? Every day? Yeah, yeah. Yeah.

Andrea Nordling 39:39
How often do you do the blessings of the energy centers versus some of the other ones because he has these two types. Before you get in this world? You’ll know there’s two types. The blessings of the energy centers are very specific, systematic, like activation of nerve centers and body and then there’s other ones that are more what would you call I mean, deep self hypnosis.

Bianca Fontana 40:00
Yeah, yeah, I mean, he has so many,

Andrea Nordling 40:04
like specific, very, very specific music that he has had created for us for certain brain effects that like activates the left and the right side at certain times and connects them. I mean, it’s very curated a very specific way for very specific purpose. So depending on the meditation that you’re doing, it’ll have a different purpose there. To say the least I love the alchemist, do you like the alchemist?

Bianca Fontana 40:29
I do? I do, I do.

Andrea Nordling 40:33
Because I’ve, like memorized it now. So I need to not do it for a while. So it surprises me.

Bianca Fontana 40:37
And they did, he does say that with the blessing of the energy centers, they have like they have 10 or 12 of them, I think. And you can only get up to five if you’re, if you’ve not done the retreat. And then after the retreat, you can access all the other ones. Number five, is my favorite. But he says to only stay on them for like two or three weeks, so you don’t get used to them, and then move to the next one. So I kind of was going through that pattern where I would just stay with a meditation for a few weeks. Because I am so you know, driven to have things change in my life, I really am doing more meditations that focus on that. However, in saying that he sort of, he always talks about how you what’s most important is that you change who you are. And then the rest will just naturally happen. You know, your health will improve your you’ll have those synchronicities that bring those things into your life and that sort of thing. So I don’t really think it matters which meditation you do, I think you’d benefit from all of them. The beautiful thing about being part of Australia, because I guess even though we’re a whole country, we’re smaller, like in size, and whatever. So we have a specific Australia group that and there’s this woman who runs meditations almost every single morning. So I have been joining this group, where and people come from all over the place to join as well, but mostly Australians, and she’ll run the meditation anywhere between 430 and six in the morning. So most days, I jump on a group call. And it’s just beautiful to have that connection with all of the people who have been to their treat as well and we do the meditation together and she’ll just randomly pick them so sometimes I’m just doing a random meditation each day. If she doesn’t run them then I’ll do them by myself and pick a specific one. The Alchemist I actually got into after your after listening to your podcasts because he said you loved it so much. And it is it’s really beautiful. And I totally agree that his music is next level like Ha it’s it’s so powerful listening to that music like it really does put you in a state of trance and and the same happened I don’t know if you experienced beautiful experiences in the walking meditations but they were I loved walking meditation. Okay, let’s talk about The Walking

Andrea Nordling 43:14
Dead The walking meditation I hated everything about them. I hated myself in the walking meditation is my resistance to the walking meditations. I hated the other people walking next to me during hated every single piece of it. This is my dirty little secret. I did the first first one. I did half of the second one and I was like them out on the rest of the wacky rotations I didn’t do I opted out for the rest of them. I didn’t do them. This is my this is my third. Sorry, I didn’t do

Bianca Fontana 43:44
them. Oh, that is a dirty little secret.

Andrea Nordling 43:48
Isn’t it though? I know. I know. I didn’t love it didn’t love it. I felt so distracted. I felt so I was just judging the heck out of myself for I was like look at everybody else. Everyone else is loving this. I hate this so bad. Eating this and I was so judgy to myself about it. So I am going to go to another advanced retreat for sure. I mean, once you go to one I feel like you just you have to keep going because it is so cool. I will go to another one. And I’ve already told myself you have to do the walking so maybe I need to practice those in advance. Actually, I shouldn’t be doing those here at home and kind of getting into it. So tell me now you know my dirty little secret. Tell me about yours. Huh? What did you like about him? Sell me on it.

Bianca Fontana 44:40
You really have to let go it is true. Like there is no choice but to let go. And I you know I’ve been living in this space where this space of unworthiness for so long that I was just so ready to let that go. And getting emotional just thinking about it, it was, I had the most beautiful experiences out there on that beach. I did I just, I had this heart opening experience. You know, I think that was one of the things that I experienced during that week was I, I know how much love I have and how big my heart is. But I was just holding back. And I’ve probably been holding back my whole life. And so I remember at the beginning, I wasn’t actually able to open my heart, I needed some sort of inspiration. So I was thinking about people that I love and people that love me, you know what, it’s opened my heart, then as the week went on, I could suddenly do it. And I think the walking meditations really helped to be able to just open myself and just allow my heart to just just allow myself to be who I am, you know, and really, fully accept who I am as a person. And so, yeah, with every step I took, I was just like, I’m going for this, like, it was just this determination to, to be myself to embrace and express as I need to. And, yeah, I was just so so empowered in those meditations. i Yeah, I’m having all of these flashbacks as I’m talking of, yeah, just putting my feet in the sand and just really powering through the sand. Like some people were just kind of walking like pretty relaxed, and just, you know, and I was just like, I’m on a mission, I am going, I’m changing my life like this is happening. And I was, I was like, I’m getting a total workout. Because walking through sand is really hard. Especially when I was like, at some points, I almost sort of went into a bit of a run like, you know, because I was just like, I’m running to my future. I want this so bad. So yeah, I was just feeling so inspired and so open and I cried a lot. I don’t know, if you cried much at the, I think you’ve said maybe you’re not much of a crier. I feel like I’ve heard that. Secret. But yeah, so there were lots of lots of tears, lots of yeah, just kind of sometimes I was walking with my arms wide open, just going, I’m here, I’m ready. Like, let’s just just, I’m just calling it all away. And I just want this change so badly. I want to embrace who I am and call in a new person, a new life, like not a new person, but the true embodiment of who I am, you know, that future self that is always talked about. So yeah, it was, it was really a great experience. I did have a mystical experience on the beach. Actually. That That wasn’t, that is amazing. But that wasn’t well, I call it a mystical experience. But it was me going into the void. So is that?

Andrea Nordling 47:55
I don’t know, to be more specific for people. I don’t even really know what this means. Because I’ve never I think like once when you know, you know, I don’t know yet, though. I know. Something that’s very

Bianca Fontana 48:05
elusive to me. Yeah. So I guess the mystical experience, I would describe more as a visual experience where you are actually seeing things and yeah, witnessing or I don’t know, whether you’re seeing your body, you’re seeing other people or it’s more visual, but or maybe even just colors and feelings and words and things like that. But a yeah, this experience that I had three times when I was there was with the breath and it was going into the void. So the Void is the space of nothing. There is nothing there. There is everything. But there is nothing there. And there is no you, you don’t have a body, you’re just you’re just nothing. And because I experienced it so early on, in the meditation in the like the breath work that we did, it was probably on the Tuesday, I had this. I had this expectation that I would have it like I was like, That was so easy. I did that immediately. So I’ll do it again and again. And it just didn’t keep happening. So I did it only three times. But the third time I did it actually wasn’t at the retreat. We stayed I stayed another night, Sunday night. And then on the Monday morning, everybody at the retreat at the hotel woke up and we all did another walking meditation together. So we didn’t have Dr. Joe there and all the people there but most of us like there were loads of people that stayed. And that was when I had my mystical, my void experience. And so he’s the walking meditations that he does on the retreat are different from the ones that you can buy. Apparently they’re a little bit different so and he introduced another breathwork practice. Do you remember that? Oh, no, maybe you didn’t do that. We didn’t it

Andrea Nordling 50:02
wasn’t released yet when we were doing ours. Okay.

Bianca Fontana 50:05
Yeah. So we did this breath on the beach, and so on this on the Monday when I was doing it by myself, because normally they said to us, today you’re doing walking meditation, nine, or 10, or whatever. But I had the choice, I could pick out of any of them. And I happen to pick the one with the breath. And I remember thinking, like, as soon as I was there, and he’s like, Okay, we’re going to do the breath. I was like, oh, man, I pick the one with the breath. I don’t want to do with the one with the breath, the breath is too hard. And so the walking meditations, basically, you’re standing, and you’ve got your eyes closed, you get into your trance, and then he instructs you to open your eyes, then you walk, then you stop again, close your eyes, or well, you’ve always, you know, you close your eyes, then you walk again. And then you stop, and then you lay down. And that’s the end. So with this one, he added in the breath. And so as you’re standing there, getting into trance, he then gets you to do the breath. So I’m doing the breath standing. The first round, nothing happened, because I was and I was in that space was like, I don’t want to do this. And, you know, nothing happened. And then went for my walk. And then he tells you to stop walking again. I’m standing there eyes closed. And, you know, this is a, it was a Monday morning, there actually quite a lot of people in the beach. And so I don’t know what this would have looked like Andrea. But no, nobody came to help me. By the way, can I just add that in Australians, you should really be helping or at least reaching out to people who fall over on the beach. Because so I did the breath. And I hit it almost immediately, I had no expectation at that point. I was just like, oh, clearly, I can’t do this. So whatever, we’ll just do it. And so I did it. I just felt it go up into my head. And then it’s just like total blackout. It’s total blackout. It’s total peace. And it’s just nothing. It’s almost like my experience has been that I’m just not in my body anymore. I don’t know where I am. But I’m just not in my body. I’m just in this total black dark space. But it feels amazing to be there. You don’t want to necessarily come back, you could be there forever, because it’s just the most peaceful space to be in. And when you’re not in your body, you have no motor controls. So my entire body just fell onto the beach. So I just fell backwards. And I remember just coming to and I was laying on the beach. And I had no idea where I was. So I didn’t know how long I was there for. But Dr. Joe was still kind of talking in my ear, but I couldn’t hear him for quite a long while. So when I when I sort of came back into my body. I remember I still had my eyes closed. And I remember thinking, Am I in my bedroom. And then I started blinking my eyes open and I could see the blue sky. And I was like, did I paint my roof blue? And it was just the weirdest experience. And I kind of kept looking. And I was like, Oh no, that’s the sky like, what am I? Where am I? What am I doing? And then I looked around and I saw my arms by my side and I saw the sand. And I was like, Oh, I’m on a beach. And then I saw the water. And then I heard Dr. Joe in my ears and I was like, Oh, I’m doing a meditation. Oh, oh, I I hit the breath. Yeah, and so yeah, then I kind of sat up and I was like, I just really had to take a moment to come fully back into my body to make sure I could control my body. Because I really did just completely left my body. And now

Andrea Nordling 54:22
you’re seeing this and I’m like thinking that sounds kind of terrifying and obviously have resistance to that. So it’s no surprise that that has never happened to me because I’m like, Oh, I don’t know that sounds like dangerous territory there. Maybe it is over that and then I’ll get to experience this and we can compare notes on it because clearly I’m not allowing that to happen for myself. Currently.

Bianca Fontana 54:44
Well it is when when it first happens it is very scary. I will say that like it’s yeah, you so in 2022 I was doing breath work at home and I actually do Dr. Joe’s breath. I was doing it before I was introduced to Dr. Joe. It was just a slightly different but quite similar and I was, I was on day four of a fast, I was going for seven days, but I made it to day four. And then I did this breath practice. And of course, I’ve got no food in me or anything like that. So you’ve got the lightness, your body doesn’t have to work on digesting or anything like that. And I started doing this breathwork practice, the very first time I did that breath where I shot it up into my brain. I just went into the void immediately. And I’ve never done that before in that way. And so I had no idea what was happening. I thought I was dying. And it was so so scary. So I totally hear what you’re saying there. It was so scary that I I broke my fast that day. I thought like, I thought I thought I was dying. I thought like the FOSS was killing me or something. Which was crazy, because I’ve done fast in the past, but I know they don’t they don’t kill you. But for whatever reason, I was like, I have to eat, I have to eat. I don’t know what just happened, but I think I nearly died. So when I went to Dr. Joe’s and I had that experience again. So the first time it happened, I said, remember I said I was sitting on the chair, I was copying what that woman was doing. And I hit the I hit my pineal gland, I went into the void. And I got so scared that I had this, I started crying. And I nearly fell off the chair. And I thought, oh, gosh, this is dangerous. I can’t do this on the chair, I’m gonna fall off. But yeah, I felt so scared. And then afterwards, I was talking to someone about my experience. And then I had remembered how I’d had that experience the year prior. And I was like, oh, that’s where I went that time. That’s why it was scary because I went into the void and the Void is the unknown and is the nothing. And it’s it can be scary if you think it’s scary. And so when I was talking to my friend there about it, she said, well just just remind yourself the next time you do it, that you’re safe. And you’ll be fine. And you can do it again. And don’t be scared. And I was like, Okay, I wouldn’t be scared. So, just like that, right?

Andrea Nordling 57:24
Yeah, just just just go trusted. And I think it’s totally

Bianca Fontana 57:29
fair. The next time I did it, I did choose to sit on the floor. Because I was like, That way, if I fall over, I’ll definitely be safe. Or there’s less distance to the floor. And yeah, I hit the breath again that time. And I remember like coming to, and I had my arms stretched out. Like I was trying to push the walls away, which was weird because I was in like a huge conference center. So there was I was nowhere near walls. And I just, I don’t know how I ended up there. But I just remember kind of looking at my hands going, what am I doing? And then and then of course, my ego kicked in and said, Everybody probably can see you. And then I started laughing and then just just carried on. But But yeah, so I had those those three experiences. And in that second one, I wasn’t scared of having that experience, because I’d been there before. So I was like, Okay, this is not so scary. Yeah, sure. It’s nothing, but it’s not. It’s not so scary. So yeah, the last time was the deepest time. And now I’m wondering what’s possible, you know, what is possible? Right? Like, what can I stay in the void longer? Can I actually create something in the void? Can I actually have a conversation with someone in the void? Can I like or is it just all blackout nothing all the time. Like, I don’t know what’s possible there. So now I’m like, I just want to go back into the void and figure it out. Explore and they’re exploring the Yeah, yeah.

Andrea Nordling 59:05
Report back if I have that. I do feel like there’s been two times where I may have been close to something like that. And I got freaked out and like retreated.

Bianca Fontana 59:14
So interested, it’s kind of like, if kind of like your whole body starts tingling. And you just feel yourself like, I don’t know, evaporating a little bit like, yeah, yeah. And so I don’t know what the people on the chairs were experiencing. And I would love to have a conversation with them about it because they kept doing the breath over and over again. But when I go into that space, I’m not there. So I can’t physically control my body anymore. So I don’t do any more breath work after that because I’m not in my body. So I’m guessing if they were doing the breath each time, they kept breathing every time he was telling them to breathe. So I suspect they were going to Not fully in, or it’s a different experience once you’ve been there enough times that? I don’t know, I don’t know what it is. But there is a difference like, just before you hit the void, which I’ve had on multiple occasions because I’m like, Oh, I’m going back in. And then as soon as I think about it, then I don’t go back in. But yeah, it’s this full body sensation that I have this this tingling, as I said, like evaporating almost like I’m, I don’t know, I just have this image of me being like, pixelated. And it feels very lovely. It feels very blissful. Yeah. So I suspect this, these two spaces to be in this this blissful space, and then this complete nothing space. And

Andrea Nordling 1:00:53
yeah, this is really interesting. Okay, so the one at maybe both times, but for sure. The one time where I feel like I was just right. Like on the cliff. I had just had a really hot sauna. And I and I like to meditate after I have a really hot sauna. And when you’re in that, like, just gummy bear state that I was feeling like it was like a, and I just was so super relaxed and hot. And all of the all of the feelings there. And it felt really easy to get just like zoned out. Really? Yeah. So maybe I need to recreate that. Interesting. Okay. I love this. I want to know, Are you do you have any events on your radar that you want to go to? You does. I’ve talked to all about this in Episode 72. Every one if you want to go live events, they sell out, like within the first 10 minutes, you have got to be Johnny on the spot months in advance with it on your calendar when you are going to register refreshing the page, the minute that it goes live. So he does tell the events like quite a bit ahead of time for that reason. Are there any that are on your radar?

Bianca Fontana 1:02:05
No, I think they’re all join the waitlist at the moment. So but I would like to go to the Cancun event, I think, I think if you’re gonna go to this type of event, a beach location is just perfect, right? And that’s what I had here in Australia. So I’d like to go to a Cancun. I think the next one is July and it’s whitelist. Only at the moment.

Andrea Nordling 1:02:27
The one that’s going to that one. Yeah, yeah.

Bianca Fontana 1:02:30
So exciting. Yeah, I definitely would love to get to one this year. But it’s all going to be about like, what becomes available. I think by the time when I heard I heard about the Cancun event, it was already sold out. So. But if you want to go to something today, you can make it happen. The amount of people that that were there at the event, and they were on the waitlist, like, yeah, I even spoke to a woman who had she had said to her family members because they were coming to visit her from abroad. And she said to them don’t come that week. And they’re like, why? And she’s like, because I’m going to the doctor retreat. And she didn’t have a ticket, she missed out. And she just went to the event on the day. And she’s like, I’m here for a ticket. And they’re like, We don’t have any more tickets. And she’s like, I’m here for a ticket. I’m gonna, I’m gonna stay here. And so she along with a bunch of other people just stayed there. And then they’re like, Okay, we’ll give you a ticket. So she goes, yeah, so yeah, whatever you want you can have right? So yeah, if you go on the waitlist, if you really want it, you’ll get it. So that’s what I believe now. Yeah,

Andrea Nordling 1:03:41
well, good. Well, I kind of have my eye I just watched and I’m like, Who would that work in my schedule? Would it not? I don’t know, I have my eye out too. So here’s what I’ll do. I will say whatever one I am going to be gunning for I will like send out an email. So I and anybody else if you want to know make sure you’re on my email list and email me and say you want to know but Dr. Joe meditation retreat, we can have like a group, assuming that we’re on time and get in or just show up or whatever.

Bianca Fontana 1:04:12
is the best. That would be so fun.

Incredible. Okay, so we’ll wrap up. What would you say to anyone listening to this thinking about just like your I think that there’s so many threads, we could plot but your business journey has been incredible. You’ve really like listened to your own intuition on who you want to serve and how you want to serve them. And it’s different than you thought it would be the modality that you’re teaching in the container that you’re teaching it and just all of that is so different. What would you say to someone at the maybe even at the beginning of their business journey, where they’re just trying to figure out the answers to those questions. Is there any wisdom you can impose, in part part? matapos? I mean, you could impose it, but

Bianca Fontana 1:04:54
I think what’s most important is to just just check in with what your heart wants. Because that’s really going to be the driver, the heart knows, and you’ve got to listen to that. If you don’t, then you’re going to be doing something that you don’t want to do. So yeah, if you if you’re feeling really drawn to something, then follow that. And yeah, just just keep, keep looking for the science as well, because they’re always there and just keep asking, you know, whoever you speak to whether it’s good, or however you want to want to turn that, just just keep asking the questions of, you know, what is it like? Yeah, what not, what is it that you want? Because you know what you want, but just keep asking for the signs of like, I want to do this. Is this the right path? Show me kind of a sign, and you’ll get those signs. But yeah, I like to, I like to Yeah, just just always be heart driven. Just focus on what feels right. What feels in alignment to you. And going with that, yeah,

Andrea Nordling 1:05:59
I think you just are such a good example to allowing yourself to be surprised at how it’s going to work every step of the way. Like, okay, I’m just going to be surprised at the how I think I have a plan here. But I’m going to be surprised at the actual plan that because we never know, right? We never know until it’s already happened, how it was going to work out. And that’s right.

Bianca Fontana 1:06:20
Thank you so much for saying that. It’s really, it’s what I really am trying to do, I want to be that person who really does just let go and just trusts. Because I think the most incredible things happen when that’s what you do. Like we spend our lives trying to control everything down to the last detail. And I’ve definitely been there yet. And, yeah, I’m kind of over playing the game like that. I just, I just wanted to, I just want to let it happen. Let let life unfold in the way that it’s meant to unfold. I just got in my car a few days ago and drove to the north of Australia, like, I’m house sitting for three months. And then beyond that, I have no idea what’s gonna happen. I know that I want to be up in this area of the world. But yeah, I don’t know what will happen. I don’t know where I’ll be. I don’t know if we’ll have somewhere to stay. But I figure that I like to live in a space where and I think most people can reflect on their life and look at it and go, most people can say, I was always provided for I always had a roof over my head. I always had food I always had, you know, all of those basic needs were met. So I kind of always live in that space of I’m always safe. I’m always protected. I’m always provided for. And yeah, so things will just work out. So yeah, that’s what I that’s how I try to live.

Andrea Nordling 1:07:53
So much. Okay, where do people find you? Tell them, tell them where they can connect with you on the interwebs?

Bianca Fontana 1:08:01
Just with my website, breathe bianca.com Yeah,

Andrea Nordling 1:08:05
yeah. Okay, that’ll be also linked up in the show notes. Beautiful. Thank you so much for coming on today and sharing your story and also just jamming on all of the Dr. Joe live event retreat. I had just so much fun to hearing about your story and your experience there, which was different than mine. And similar in a lot of ways as it always will be. But I don’t know that many people that have done those events. So it was fun for me to get to chat with you about it. And I know people are really interested in kind of like, what is it like what I know I’ve had so many questions that people have asked since I did an episode on it. So love that we could share. We obviously will do another episode in the future after we attend an event together because that’s going to happen.

Bianca Fontana 1:08:43
Yes, yes. Let’s create that.

Andrea Nordling 1:08:47
So but Okay, thank you so much for being here.

Bianca Fontana 1:08:50
Thank you, Andrea. It’s been a pleasure.
