Can it happen? Yes, it can. And I’m going to tell you how. Now, first of all, before I get into the how, you are going to make June your biggest month ever in business without working more hours and actually working less hours, which is entirely possible. And I’m going to share with you exactly how. But before we do that, I need to tell you exactly who I am recording this episode for. There are two people listening to this right now. I’m not an if I’m going to join tpn, I’m a when. It’s not a matter of if, it’s a when. And been hearing variations of that a lot lately. So this episode of the podcast is for you, my friend. Now, I wanna set the stage here for why I am talking to these specific groups of people. If you’re still listening, I assume you are one of those two people. Here’s why. So since went on hiatus and I’m back and I’m just loving podcasting again and I forgot how much fun I have behind the mic here and I just sound overly caffeinated, even though I’m not because it’s my podcast excitement coming through. So you’re going to have to just suffer through my extra energy around this particular topic.

And the reason I’m so excited is because we do have a lot of really amazing stuff coming inside the profitable, nutritious program specifically for the end of May and the month of June 2025. The 3k in 30 days challenge has evolved over the years to be one of the highlights every single year of the TPN program. And the reason for that is because people get insane results in 30 days by going through the daily exercises that we do in the challenge for 30 days straight. This is a bonus experience that we are going to take to the next level in June 2025, which I am, like I’ve said many times already, very excited about. And the reason I’m so excited is because we are fus three things together into this new and improved version of the challenge that we’re running in June. Three things that have been really instrumental in participants in the program getting massive results over the years. We have, you know, tracked these things what helps people get the best results.

And we have seen some patterns. So because we have seen these patterns, we are fusing three things that are top of the list of contributors to people getting great results in the program. We are putting them together into a 30 day experience that we are calling the Summertime Sprint the 3K in 30 days challenge. So what are those three things? I know with bated breath you are waiting. Well, let me tell you. First of all, it is the 3k in 30 days challenge. Like I said, we have run the 3k in 30 days challenge several times. We then upgraded it to be the 3k plus in 30 days challenge because initially we wanted people enrolling in the program to make their investment in the TPN program back. So we called it the 3K in 30 days challenge.

Then what we very quickly saw is people had much bigger goals than that and so we had to amend it to 3k plus in 30 days. And ever since it has been 3k plus in 30 days, which it will be for June as well. So if you have a much bigger goal than 3k in June, you are still welcome in the challenge. In fact, you probably will end up making a lot more than what you even think is possible. More on that in a second. So that is the first thing. The 3K in 30 days challenge has been a huge contributor to results in the TPN program. So we are taking that and we are fusing it with another huge component of success for people in the program, which is the total calendar mastery that I teach. What is the total calendar mastery?

Well, it is the very specific time management and task management system that I teach in the program. And the reason people get insane results by implementing this very specific component of the program. And it’s just one thing that I teach in there. But it is such a big needle mover because it is going to help you save so much time when you adopt this system and you work the system and actually use the system. What happens is you take a lot off of your to do list. In fact, you take the majority of your business to do list off and you realize, oh, I’m wasting a lot of time on things that aren’t actually getting me results. And I actually only need to be doing a few tasks consistently every single week to get the results I want in my business.

So we isolate what those things are, we prioritize them on your calendar, and we actually have a system in place for you to do those things without procrastinating. And lo and behold, much time is saved, much efficiency is created, and many clients also created from that huge shift in how you spend your time and how you spend your attention. So we have the 3k in 30 days challenge. We have the total calendar mastery system of how to use this very specific hack for time management, task management in your practice and then we have a third component of something that we have seen in the program that is really game changing and that is Brainstorm Breakout Sessions. These are live calls that we do on Zoom where we break out into small groups and have what very aptly named Brainstorm Breakout Session.

And that is where you are going to collaborate with your actual peers and tell them, hey, this is what I’m working on and this is what I could use some help with. And they are going to tell you, hey, I’ve done that exact same thing and here’s how I’ve done it. So we have seen time and time again, members in the program say, oh my gosh, the Brainstorm Breakout Sessions are the best thing ever. I get so much from picking the brains of my successful peers. It is invaluable. We must do this all the time. So we thought, you know what, we are going to do this all the time in June.

We are going to do them every single week and we are going to do them as part of the new and improved summertime sprint 3k in 30 days challenge. Okay, so all of those things we are fusing for the month of June, but only inside the TPN program. Because it is the busiest time of year.

All of the socializing is happening in the summer months, all of the fun things, all of the weddings, all of the graduations, all of the vacations, all of the kids home from school, all of the wanting to be at the lake, all of the things, believe me, I get it. And it is really easy for us to Give in to these thoughts that our brains have that you know what, nobody’s paying attention now anyway. Nobody’s prioritizing their health right now anyway. We should just probably pack it up until September. Revisit in September. Oh, how I’ve seen this play out for so many people throughout the years and I don’t want that to happen to you because September becomes October becomes next year becomes never. And really, it’s so unnecessary because your people actually do want to address their health goals right now.

They want the results now. They want them sooner than September. They don’t want to wait until September. So you are not going to make them wait until September. That’s your little pep talk? We are not going to wait. You’re not going to wait to get results in your business. They’re not going to wait to get results in their health and we’re all going to just get after it. Okay, how are we doing that? Well, I am telling you, we are not going to complicate this unnecessarily. The challenge is very simple and the way we are going to execute it, also very simple. We are starting on May 22nd with a summertime sprint prep call. So on the 22nd I realize it’s not in June. That’s why I’m just giving you a heads up that this is a prep call.

I am going to give you some very simple tasks to do between May 22 and June 1 to prepare for a really successful 30 day challenge in June. Now, like I said, we are going to actually start on May 22 with a prep call so that there are a few things you’re going to have in place before June 1st so that you actually are off to the races very successfully as soon as that first prompt hits your inbox on June 1st. So you’ll do a few things, then you can look forward to opening up your inbox every single morning the month of June and doing a short five to ten minute exercise that you will find there every single day for 30 days. That’s it. That’s what the challenge is. Now, in addition to that, you are going to tune in a few times a week to one extra action item that we will be sending to your inbox as well.

I’m going to keep this part a little bit mysterious because this is the. This is really kind of the magic sauce that is going to combine it all together. So, again, I’m going to be mysterious about that. But just know that there’s going to be a few bonus exercises and actions that you will take throughout the month in addition to the daily prompts that you get every single morning. We are going to highly encourage, if at all possible, for you to attend at least one, if not a few, of the Brainstorm breakout sessions as well, because you are going to be able to collaborate with your peers in those sessions. Those are groups of three to four people per room.

We have a very specific format for how we structure the breakout calls so that everybody gets value in there and gets their questions answered and gets feedback on whatever it is that they could use a little bit of help with. You will leave those Brainstorm breakout sessions so jazzed about your business because first of all, you will have gotten feedback and clarity on whatever it is that you need for your business, but also the act of serving others and helping them to see so clearly what you can see will help them. And you know how it is when we’re in it with our own business, we can’t see the forest for the trees. So you offering that clarity to others is also really just. It’s good for the soul. Serving is just good for the soul.

So we highly recommend that you attend at least one of the Brainstorm breakout sessions to even further enhance your results in the challenge. And honestly, that is it. That’s what you’re going to do. You’re gonna do a five to 10 minute exercise every single day for 30 days straight. And you are going to watch your brain and your business completely explode in the best possible way. So fun. And that, my friend, is why this is the best time ever to join the TPN program. Because like I said, we are going all out for this live challenge in June and we are really committed as a team to helping you get the best results in the shortest amount of time. So you have a lot of momentum. Momentum. I don’t know why I said it that way.

So you have a lot of momentum going into the summer months that are busy because this is the best time of year to set your business up for success, honestly. Because you want to know that you can do it when you’re busy. You want to know that you can be consistent 5 to 10 minutes a day when you’re busy. Because in the future you’re going to be busy again. There are always seasons when we’re busy and we lie to ourselves by saying, you know, there’s going to be a better time in the future when X, Y, Z is all over, then I’ll slow down. That’ll be the time. That’ll be the time. You know what? The time never happens. We never really slow down. Unless we intentionally do the summertime sprint 3k plus in 30 days challenge where we learn how to slow down.

But otherwise we don’t tend to slow down. We tend to stay busy, tend to stay at the level that we’re at. And we just need to know that is the case with humans on this planet. We don’t usually have a break in the action. And that’s really important to think about for your clients too. Because if you think, I can’t get started until I’m not so busy, you’re for sure attracting people that would be potential clients of yours. But they’re thinking, well, it’s just not the right time yet. I can’t get started yet. I’m very busy right now. I’m very busy. And so I. There’s a better time in the future when of course, everything will slow down and the stars will align and will be much better after X, Y, Z happens, then I’ll be ready. They’ll be thinking that same thing, right?

They’re always going to reflect your beliefs right back to you. So when you attack your business and your goals, even in a busy time of year, and commit to doing it anyway and not stressing out about it, you will then attract people who do the same who don’t wait until Monday to get started. Who don’t wait until September to get started. No, they just get started now. Okay. Those are the people that you want to attract for sure. And something I am super excited about is that I will be doing this challenge right along with you and sharing my takeaways as well. So this is something that I just. I. I just cannot wait. Cannot wait. I’m very excited for June for all of these reasons. Now, I did want to share with you some past results from previous challengers. Okay.

And so I pulled a few testimonials that we’ve had from results in the past 3K challenge. So here’s one. This challenge completely reframed how I approach my time and priorities. It’s the most focused I’ve ever been, and I made more in 30 days than I did previous three months. What? Okay, love that. How about this one? My client made $10,000 by day five of the challenge. Her goal for the month for the Challenge Month was 10k, but she made that by day five. Her mind was blown and as you can imagine, her business completely exploded after that in the best way because she had so much momentum and she crushed her goal by the end of the month. We have a really fun1 from TPN student Chelsea. She said, I made my 3k in 30 day goal.

By my 25th day in T, I was pretty elated to have already made my investment back so fast, especially because my husband had some serious doubts. I love that part so much. She actually ended up making one and a half times her TPN investment back by the end of the 30 day challenge. Michelle said, I’m excited to share that. Yes, as of yesterday, I’ve met my 5k goal for this month. We have several others that have crushed their goal and reported that was just the first of many very profitable months because of everything that they created during the challenge. So all that to say it is not about the number that you make the goal to be. It’s not about having the perfect goal. It doesn’t matter if it’s 3k or 30k. It really doesn’t matter.

It’s about learning to create a result on purpose, which is what we do in the challenge, and knowing that you can then do that again and again without complicating things, without having a 20 item to do list every single day, without grinding every single night and weekend and long hours and sacrificing everything else that you want to do in your life. That’s what Keeps people broke. That is what keeps really talented practitioners from making the amount of money that they want to make. Thinking that it has to be so hard, and then making it so hard. So we do quite the opposite in this challenge. I just really encourage you to come in and find out for yourself how different it’s actually going to be for you and how much more enjoyable your summer will be as a result.

Because summertime is a very busy time of year. So we typically, in May, we’ll do a free time management training. And we just are wrapping up summertime right now when this episode is coming out. So I wanted to point out that the structure of how we are doing this June challenge is very intentional to build on top of the momentum for those that are coming out of the Summertime Challenge that are now looking at time management and task management for their business differently than they did before and want to continue that momentum, really want to tweak that system and. And compound it over the next few months.

I’m going to paraphrase here, but I want to really hammer home something that I heard in a testimonial and I should have pulled the exact quote, but I didn’t. So I’m going to just let you know that I’m paraphrasing. But I had a client that posted in the challenge. This helped me stop wasting time planning and replanning. Like, oh my gosh, that’s so good, the planning and replanning. And she said, I knew exactly what to do, when to do it. The daily prompts in the challenge made me feel like someone had already thought of everything for me. I didn’t have to keep planning and replanning every single day. And I think that’s just really a great reminder for all of us. And I again, I read that before I jumped on here to record.

I should have just copied it over so I could read it to you. Exactly. But the point is, we do spend so much time planning and replanning and then we tell ourselves that we don’t have enough time to do the things that we set out to do. But really we spend all the time making a plan and then tweaking the plan and revising the plan and oh no, one more time replanning thing. It’s so predictable. So taking that out of the options of things to do and just having a plan already Set out to execute for 30 days in June is going to be game changing for you. If you have a human brain like me, like my clients in the TPN program, if you’re already in TPN and you know this to be true, then you can just be nodding your head.

But if not, know that this process will work for you very well. Because 10 minutes a day for 30 days beats that same amount of time, which is five hours in a month. It beats working one five hour marathon work session just doing 10 minutes a day. But breaking it up for 30 days and doing it consistently is going to get you such better results. Why is that? Well, it’s because of the extras that it inspires you to do after that time because you’re unlikely to just do 10 minutes. But if you commit to doing 10 minutes every single morning for 30 days in this challenge, it will probably inspire you to then throw in 30 or 60 minutes of focused work time. That’s actually going to make you money. It’s actually going to get you more clients.

It’s actually going to help those clients get better results. Because you’re consistently working, your mind is in the game, you’re doing it, you’re showing up. I want you to think about your clients. If they, for example, were considering going for one 10 minute walk every day for 30 days or of one 5 hour hike for the month, which would you recommend them to do? You would for sure tell them to do a 10 minute walk every single day. Why? Because if they walk 10 minutes every single morning, they would probably make better choices the rest of the day if that goal was top of mind for them.

And every day they were chipping away at their goal and they’re they were thinking about their health for just 10 minutes a day, they probably would make better choices in the rest of their day for the rest of the month, which would of course bleed over into every other area of their health and their life. Right? Well, it’s the same thing for your business. And that’s why we see such huge momentum and such huge results from the 3K in 30 days challenge, which again, we are taking to the next level in June for you.

Because that consistency and just I mean truly really showing up at a busy time of year for 10 minutes a day for your business is going to inspire you to do other things to put in a half an hour here, an hour there on the things that actually are going to make the biggest difference for your business. But you’ll actually do them because you will be consistently Doing the little things every single day, that gets you in the mind frame to do that, which is the exciting part, because then, of course, you get to teach all of this to your clients, and they get better results, too. So if you are thinking, oh, Andrea, I don’t have time right now to join tpn, of course I know I’m going to, but it’s just not the right time right now.

I again, I have to remind you that this is the exact thought that your clients have about hiring you, for sure. It’s not the time, though. That’s the issue. It’s the resistance to starting. It’s the perfectionism on thinking, if I can’t do this a hundred percent perfectly, then I shouldn’t even start. I shouldn’t even do it at all. And that’s what those clients are thinking, too. So you don’t want them thinking that. And you have to go first. Okay? You have to be willing to imperfectly start right now to grow your business, to commit to your business, to learn a better way of structuring your business and approaching it, which is. Is consistency over perfectionism for sure. So you probably are thinking, now, what if I fall off the wagon? What if I already have something scheduled in June? I’m already going on vacation.

I already know I can’t do this part of the time. Well, that’s what this sprint is designed for. So you have support and coaching and real humans helping you when you do take a pause when you do fall off the wagon, whatever that looks like for you. And if you do so what, you will still be way further ahead than if you wait another month or another. Another three months or another six months to get started. And that’s the whole point, right? That is everything that I want you to take away from this episode. And that’s why I was so excited to jump on here and record this, because I’m just feeling really fired up about the little actions.

Actually, candidly, before I got on to record this, I just got off a coaching call inside the TPN program, and were coaching on letting things be easy. And I had two students that were on there that were saying, April was my best month I’ve ever had in business. And I’m really struggling thinking, like, can it be this simple? Because truthfully, I have never worked less than I did in April, and it was the best month ever. And I just don’t. In spite of me not working that much, it was my best month ever. And I said, whoa, whoa, hold on. What if it wasn’t in spite of you working so much less. What if your best month in April was because of you working so much less?

And so we explored that for a while and then the chat was going wild on the coaching call and other people were chiming in saying, oh my gosh, this is exactly what’s happening to me right now. I’m doing the minimalist amount of what I think is possible and actually getting way better results. And I mean, honestly, it’s not in spite of. It’s because of that is the truth. So I wanted to offer that to you too. I wanted to jump on record this episode and say, oh my goodness, June is the month because of this summertime Sprint challenge that we are doing and there just really is no time but the present. So if you are listening to this episode in the future and you’ve missed the June challenge, it still is the best time to join whenever you feel like you.

Yep, this might be right for me. It probably is. And it probably is the best time because you have momentum, you have desire. You’re ready to get in there and do the things just like your potential clients should be doing with you. Right. Okay, so let’s close the loop on that. If you are wondering about the logistics of the program, I do want to talk about the 12 month access a little bit because I know that could be a factor in people thinking, well, okay, I do want to maximize the 12 months that I have in the program. Want to make sure that the window that I’m there, I’ll be able to use the resour. And I just want to reassure you that yes, Your enrollment in TPN includes 12 month access.

However, you are more than able to stay in the program after 12 months. We just charge you a low monthly fee for that. So I think that’s obvious. We have it all over the sales page. But I always want to reassure if you are concerned about getting kicked out at the 12 month point in the program, don’t be. Don’t be. We will happily keep coaching you in there and keep supporting you as long as you need. However. However, a lot of people at the 12 month point are ready to graduate into our higher level programs and those programs come with complimentary access to TPN and that is why we structure it with 12 month access. I think that my overly caffeinated but without caffeine sales pitch for you probably has been effective at this point. There is no better time than now to get started. Started for whatever it is that you’re considering. But I’m sure it is probably in regards to your business that you are listening to this podcast and considering something, hopefully the TPN program. But there really is no better time than now. When you are in the thick of it, when you are the busiest, when you think gosh, this just isn’t a great time, it probably is the best time. Because the reality is we usually are in the thick of it.

We usually are busy, we usually do have a lot on our plate and when we can learn a skill that is going to make that more manageable, like taking a lot off of our to do list, like better scheduling our time, like being able to rest and turn off our brain and not think about our business all the time. Kind of good for the nervous system. Like all of that is the reason to do it when you’re busy. That is the reason to not wait. Because you need that skill. You will be busy again later and you need to have these skills more than anyone so that it is more manageable for you now and in the future.

And that also applies to your clients because the reason that they probably aren’t feeling well, the reason that their body is suffering, the reason they probably are looking to get your support in their health journey in the first place, has a lot to do with chronic stress and has a lot to do with being over scheduled and too busy and not taking time to rest and all of those same reasons which is why they need your help now to manage all of that. There is no point in the future where everything just gets easier and better. That doesn’t happen. So we have to be able to address it now. We have to be able to have the skill now and then support your clients with the same goal in mind.
